It was my second time seeing this wonderful musical.  The first one was near the end run of the musical back in 2003.  The first time was always my best time, because I was sitting 2nd row from the Orchestra and there was no audience disturbances like this time.  it's soo annoying when there are annoying bitches around you when you are trying to enjoy a musical.  This teenage boy is like keep on shaking his leg (move up and down) and stepped on my shoe ... and at the end .. he was stepping on my toe for seconds.  I should've yelled at him, I'm too nice. 

Also the cast was excellent.  Not that this one is bad ...  but I didn't get Lea Salonga!!!! *cries* I kept on imagining the underystudy to be Lea.. *sniffs* and Marius is not much of a looker lol and I've seen so many good looking Marius *smiles*.   For ex, Hugh Panaro once played the role of Marius. 

I will defintely see Les Misérables again since it won't be on Broadway for a steady run and I really want to catch Lea next time.

Alexander Gemignani as Valjean and Ben Davis as Javert both stood out to me.  They're so good ^_^.

I'm not going to go scene by scene this time, I'll do actor by actor instead.


Jean Valjean- he's perfect =) He is so tall and stuff ....  I especially love his "Bring Him Home". 

Javert - He's young no?  Pretty good looking.  I would prefer Terrence Mann any minute, but he's great lol.

Cosette- She's not bad and I still want to know what kind of a last name is "Ewoldt"?  She looks like asian too. 

Fantine- understudy took over Lea *cries*.  A black woman call Nikkie Renee Daniels took over and is just funny that her child Cosette is Asian. 

Eponine - I hated her ... ugh .... she sucks .. she did not move me, not one bit in "on my own" and the scene where she's dying lol ... I saw Diana Kaarina my first time and she was 10x better than the current Eponine (Mandy Bruno).

Marius - dude ... why did they cast a (ugly/average) Marius?  Marius has always been the main "hottie" in Les Misérables and I am stunned that they didn't cast someone that will make "ladies swoon".  They should've cast Max Von Essen as Marius!  I love Max in Dance of the Vampire!

Madame Thenardier - ahh i recognized Ann Harada from Ave Q and she's hilarious tonight.  I love the Thenardier couple lmao.  "Master of the House" is defintely the funniest scenes ever lmao.

Overall ... I kinda prefer the cast I saw first time lmao.  Hot Marius, Terrence Mann, and Diana kaarina is adorable. 

Let's hope I get to see it again and also on the West End when I go study abroad. *(My dream is that I'm not too late to see John Owen Jones as Valjean there* >.<)  I am truly blessed that I appreciate musicals.   A lot of the people find them boring.
